- Fresh Water 4 cups

- Stevia Sweetener (1 cup)
- 1 Lemon juice and grate the peel.
- Soda water or Sparkling mineral water.
Time to make the diet ginger ale
- Preparation time: 5 mins
- Cooking Time: 20 mins
- Chilling Time: 2 d
- Total time: 25 mins
- In a large saucepan, place the fresh water, grated ginger, grated lemon peel and sweetener.
- Bring the mixer to the boil.
- Lower the heat to medium.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Then remove from heat.
- Let it cool completely.
- Then, transfer it to a sealed container.
